Social Media Consent Form
I do hereby grant Texas Pete® and Garner Foods the irrevocable right to use any social media content I have published that references Texas Pete® and/or Garner Foods. This consent extends to the use of my social media profile name, images, copy, video, illustration, or any other form of public information that I have created which references Texas Pete® by name or by inference. By signing, I understand that my social media content may be used by Texas Pete® and/or Garner Foods for advertising, marketing, education, training, editorial, and general trade (hereafter referred to as the “Product”).
I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Product or the copyright in the Product, and that any use of the Product may be made without compensation or notice to me. I waive any right to inspect, approve, and/or otherwise control the use of the Product.
I acknowledge that my name and identity may be revealed in the Product or by descriptive text or commentary. However, Texas Pete® and Garner Foods may not publish my address, telephone numbers, or email addresses with the Product without my permission.
