TW Garner Food Company does not advise freezing our sauces.

The shelf life of these products reflects the date by which the color, flavor and possibly other characteristics of the product will have declined to the point that it no longer meets company standards.

All products manufactured by Garner Foods® are labeled as required by law to indicate the presence or potential presence of any of the “Big Nine”: milk, eggs, nuts, fish, crustaceans, shellfish, wheat, soy, and sesame.

The following products do not contain allergens but are manufactured on a line that produces products with a soy allergen:
Texas Pete® Hot Sauces (Original, Sautéed Garlic, Hotter Hot)
Texas Pete® Salsa
¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® Mexican-Style Hot Sauce
CHA! by Texas Pete® Hot Chile Sriracha Sauce

The following products do not contain allergens but it is manufactured on a line that processes, Eggs, Fish, Milk, Peanuts, Soy, Shellfish, Tree nuts, and Wheat:
Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning

Orthodox Union Kosher Pareve – Does not contain meat or dairy.

The shelf life of any product is measured from the date of manufacture and is indicated by the “Best Used By” date which is imprinted on the container or the lid of each product.

All of our Texas Pete® Sauces are shelf stable food products that do not require refrigeration after opening. However, as with most food products, ours will stay fresher longer if they are stored in the fridge. We recommend refrigerating CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce.

We do offer coupons from time to time. Watch your newspaper inserts for our advertisements containing coupons.

Discoloration in food products is caused by—among other things—the presence of air and light and is enhanced by high temperature. While the discoloration might be only cosmetic and cause no effect on the wholesomeness of the product, the rule of thumb is “if in doubt, throw it out.”

Texas Pete® Sauces are sold in many local stores. If you do not find us in the condiment section of your favorite store, please write and ask. We’ll be glad to help.

Our Corporate Security Policy, which includes adherence to the 2011 Food Safety Modernization Act, prohibits our giving tours of our facility.

Yes. Our web store contains many merchandise items including t-shirts, sweatshirts, koozies and more that you can purchase and have shipped directly to you or a friend.

While we thank you for thinking of us in this regard, it is our corporate policy not to accept samples, advertising ideas, packaging suggestions, new product ideas and/or improvement suggestions from outside our company. This policy serves to avoid the confusion of ownership that could arise should our team be already engaged in development of something similar to the concept submitted. Any suggestions and/or samples submitted become the property of TW Garner Food Company and may or may not be used by the company.
