This recipe will be your next summer staple—creamy salmon with salty, sweet, and spicy Cha! Sriracha Sauce all come together to make for the perfect dinner dish!

INGREDIENTS
- 2, 6 oz. (approximately) fresh salmon fillets
- ¼ Cup honey
- ¼ Cup Siracha Cha! By Texas Pete®
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon ginger paste
- 3 Tablespoons sliced green onions or Cilantro
- Lime wedges for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with foil.
- Salt the salmon skin and lay the skin side down on the foil.
- Make the marinade by mixing Cha!, soy sauce, ginger paste, and honey. Pour evenly over the salmon, turning to coat.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for around 15 minutes until it starts to flake and is cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
- Serve with jasmine rice and spoon over any excess sauce from the tray. Top with sliced green onion and lime wedges to squeeze over for extra Zing.

- This dish pairs well with sautéed broccoli or green beans (cook them in sesame oil and garlic).
