1. Add the oil into a medium frying pan on high heat. Toss the chicken in salt and pepper and add to the pan.
Cook until each side in a light golden brown, stirring often. Once cooked, in a small bowl toss together the chicken
and Texas Pete® Buffalo Wing Sauce. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, Bibb lettuce, shredded carrots, celery, egg, red onion and dried cranberries together.
Put chicken on top of salad.
3. Drizzle ranch dressing on top. Serve and enjoy!
