Texas Pete Angry Artichoke Guacamole

  • 1/8 cup Texas Pete® Garlic Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups avocado pulp
  • 1 cup artichokes, canned, drained well, minced
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-size mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  3. Serve with Green Mountain Gringo® Corn Strips, pita chips, bagel chips or any of our favorite chip selections. Use it as a spread for sandwiches and bagels. Use it as a dip for garden-fresh vegetables.
