Sweet & Sour Brats

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 large onions, red, chopped
  • ½ C CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ tsp. caraway seeds
  • ½ (12 oz.) beer, lager


  1. In a large skillet, over medium- high heat oil and add onions. Sauté onions for a few minutes than add CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce and remaining ingredients.
  2. Continue to sauté until it reduces down to almost no moisture is left.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
  4. Allow topping to come to room temperature before using
