INGREDIENTS
- 6 White Fish Fillets (such as cod, swai, flounder)
- 4 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning
- 1 Lime, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Rinse fillets, pat dry and arrange on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, butter, Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning.
- Pour mixture over the fish. Place lime slices on the fillets and bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145 F.
- When fish is cooked garnish with parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
