Pete’s Mexican Street Corn

  • ½ C Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, divided
  • 2 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz. Lime juice, fresh
  • 8 Ears of Corn, fresh, shucked and cleaned
  • 8 oz. Cotija cheese


  1. Prepare grill for corn.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning with the mayonnaise and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Grill corn over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove from grill and spread seasoned mayonnaise evenly over corn. Sprinkle with remaining Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning and Cotija Cheese. Serve immediately.
