1⁄4 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
3 stalks Celery Stalks, diced
1 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 cup Water
1⁄2 cup Texas Pete® Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce
2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
2 large Carrots, diced
1 Yellow Pepper, cut into strips
1⁄4 tsp. Yellow Mustard Seeds
1⁄4 tsp. Fennel Seeds
1⁄4 tsp. Coriander Seeds
1. In two pint-sized mason jars, evenly distribute vegetables and seeds.
2. In a separate bowl, combine white wine vinegar, water, Texas Pete® Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce and kosher salt.
Pour mixture evenly into mason jars.
3. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 2-3 days before eating. Serve and enjoy!
