Pete’s Hot Pickled Garlic Giardiniera

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄4 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 stalks Celery Stalks, diced
  • 1 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1⁄2 cup Texas Pete® Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
  • 2 large Carrots, diced
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1⁄4 tsp. Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 1⁄4 tsp. Fennel Seeds
  • 1⁄4 tsp. Coriander Seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. In two pint-sized mason jars, evenly distribute vegetables and seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine white wine vinegar, water, Texas Pete Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce, and kosher salt. Pour mixture evenly into mason jars.
  3. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 2-3 days before eating. Serve and enjoy!
