“Nashville” Chicken Salad

  • 2/3 C Texas Pete® Hot Sauce
  • 1 lb. Chicken Salad, pre-made
  • Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, for dusting pickles
  • 12 Pickle slices, drained, wet


  1. In a medium bowl, mix Texas Pete® Hot Sauce with chicken salad and let sit for one hour before serving.
  2. In a small bowl, dust pickle slices with Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, set aside for service.
  3. When ready to serve, place 2 sliced pickles on top of each portion.
