1. In a small bowl, combine beer and mustard seeds and let sit overnight. 2. Transfer the seed mixture to a blender and blend until slightly grainy. 3. In a large pot, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Thoroughly mix in blended seed mixture. 4. Store in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy!
