Fiery Sweet Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

  • 1/4 c Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce
  • 1 (14 oz.) bag slaw mix, angel hair cut
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken breasts, large
  • 8-10 slices bacon, thick cut


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce, slaw mix, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Place each chicken breast in a plastic bag and pound until ¼” thick.
  4. Spread 2 Tbsps. of Fiery Sweet mix on one half of each chicken breast, then fold the empty side over.
  5. Brush each breast with Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce.
  6. Wrap two to three strips of bacon around each chicken breast, overlapping the bacon.
  7. Secure with toothpicks and place on a sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until chicken is done to an internal temperature of 170°F.
