Fiery Grilled Chicken Pasta

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (8 oz. each)
  • 12 oz. Bow Tie Pasta, cooked according to directions
  • 1 cup Texas Pete® Sweet Flame BBQ Sauce
  • ¾ cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Celery, diced


  1. Prepare grill for medium heat and oil grates. Place chicken on the grill and grill approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature is 165 F, only turning once. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes then slice on a bias, set aside.
  2. To make the sauce, in a small bowl, mix Texas Pete® Sweet Flame BBQ Sauce, blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery and fold in sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
