Fiery Garlic Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized pot filled with salted water, add potatoes and bring water to a boil. Once the water boils, cook potatoes until fork tender. Drain and let cool.
  3. While potatoes are cooling, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, Texas Pete® Garlic, Sweet Flame BBQ Sauce, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Once the potatoes have cooled, toss potatoes with salt and rosemary. Wrap one piece of bacon around the potato and use a toothpick to hold it together. On a parchment-lined sheet tray, cook the potatoes for 15 minutes and then flip. Cook for another 15 minutes until the bacon is cooked and the potatoes are soft.
  5. Serve finished potato bites alongside spicy sour cream, and enjoy!
