Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 cup kimchi, finely julienned
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1 tsp. white sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Finely julienne the kimchi and place it into a mixing bowl. Add the ketchup and the CHA! by Texas Pete® and mix well.
  2. Place the spicy CHA!-flavored kimchi into a small sauté pan and heat it until it is just warmed through.
  3. Cook your favorite brand of hot dog using your preferred method. Warm hot dog buns to desired temperature.
  4. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top them with the spicy CHA!-flavored kimchi followed by a pinch of white sesame seeds for garnish and serve.
