Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
¼ cup Lime Juice
½ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Red Onion, diced
½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
½ cup Avocado, diced
½ cup Cotija Cheese, crumbled
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, minced

In a large frying pan over high heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add the corn and

Once corn begins to char, remove from heat and set aside to cool.

in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the charred corn, red onion, red pepper, avocado, cotija cheese, spicy sour cream mixture, and half of the cilantro.
Garnish with remaining cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
