2/3 C Texas Pete® Hot Sauce
1 lb. Chicken Salad, pre-made
Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, for dusting pickles
12 Pickle slices, drained, wet
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix Texas Pete® Hot Sauce with chicken salad and let sit for one hour before serving.
In a small bowl, dust pickle slices with Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning, set aside for service.
When ready to serve, place 2 sliced pickles on top of each portion.
