In a medium-mixing bowl, combine muffuletta topping ingredients, mix well and set aside.
In a second medium-mixing bowl, combine avocado and ¡Sabor!, mash with a fork.
Toast bread.
To serve; over one side of toast, top with avocado spread then add muffuletta topping (2-3 Tbsp. per serving). Remaining topping can be refrigerated for later use.
