INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (8 oz.), cooked, shredded
- 3 tbsp. Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
- ½ cup Carrots, shredded
- 3 oz. Ranch Dressing
- 2 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled, divided
- 2 heads Bibb Lettuce, cleaned, separated into cups
- 1 oz. package Crispy Fried Onions
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, place chicken and coat with Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce.
- In a small bowl combine carrots, dressing and half of the blue cheese. Combine thoroughly.
- When ready to serve, fill each lettuce cup with chicken top with carrot mixture.
- Garnish with crispy onions and remaining blue cheese. Serve and enjoy!
