DIRECTIONS
- Finely julienne the kimchi and place it into a mixing bowl. Add the ketchup and the CHA! by Texas Pete® and mix well.
- Place the spicy CHA!-flavored kimchi into a small sauté pan and heat it until it is just warmed through.
- Cook your favorite brand of hot dog using your preferred method. Warm hot dog buns to desired temperature.
- Place the hot dogs in the buns and top them with the spicy CHA!-flavored kimchi followed by a pinch of white sesame seeds for garnish and serve.
