  1. In a large frying pan over high heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add the corn and Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning. Once corn begins to char, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine sour cream, lime juice, salt, and Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the charred corn, red onion, red pepper, avocado, cotija cheese, spicy sour cream mixture, and half of the cilantro.
  4. Garnish with remaining cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
