In a small bowl, combine Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning with the mayonnaise and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grill corn over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and spread seasoned mayonnaise evenly over corn. Sprinkle with remaining Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning and Cotija Cheese. Serve immediately.
