Muffuletta Avocado Toast

Ingredients
AVOCADO TOAST:
- 1 ripe, avocado, peeled and seeded
- 1 Tbsp. ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® Mexican-Style Hot Sauce
- 2 slices Pumpernickel bread
MUFFULETTA TOPPING:
- 1/3 C drained, chopped coarsely Green Olives
- 1/3 C seeded, drained, chopped Kalamata Olives
- ¼ C finely chopped parsley
- ¼ C chopped pimento
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce
Directions
- In a medium-mixing bowl, combine muffuletta topping ingredients, mix well and set aside.
- In a second medium-mixing bowl, combine avocado and ¡Sabor!, mash with a fork.
- Toast bread.
- To serve; over one side of toast, top with avocado spread then add muffuletta topping (2-3 Tbsp. per serving). Remaining topping can be refrigerated for later use.
- Serve immediately.
